值得庆幸的是这时我有一个英文不错的朋友，于是让他帮我写了封邮件。

Dear Sir or Madam,

I bought a pair of leather shoes from your shop at Nov 8, 2014, and the order number is 199**472. However, when I opened the package, I found the two shoes are not the same size, which is showed in the picture below. I know this kind of shoes are out of stock, so I want to return the shoes and get my money back. I would appreciate it if you tell me the detailed return process.

邮件内容大概是说我现在人在中国，鞋子是朋友托回来的，国际运费很高，而且我不知道怎么发货。

I am glad to hear from you. I live in a small town in China, where no UPS can be found. Other expressages will be much more expensive as it is a international shipping. My oversea friend brought this shoes to me, and now he left. So I dont know how to ship this shoes to you.

钱很快就退到了我的虚拟信用卡，竟然还被扣了3块手续费，加上汇率的变动、转运费，这次海淘一共损失120多块，得到一只7.5码和一只10码的皮鞋…
